1 /5 Amanda Rust: After being a loyal and frequent customer, we were very satisfied and appreciated their ability to help us when needed. Two wks ago my vehicle was at the shop all day and not worked on at all! Called following week and scheduled another appointment, the vehicle was there yet again for the whole day untouched! They told me they dont know who they will have to work on vehicles until the morning of, also pretty positive another part was broken in the process of "trying " to rush and fix my vehicle! Left yet again unfixed, will not return!

1 /5 Rachel Child: I have previously had good experiences here, but today was not a good experience at all. My service light came on, so I made an appointment. It turned off on its own a couple days later so I called back and asked if I should still come in. They said yes. I went in, they pulled the code and said everything was fine with my vehicle. For approximately 3 min of work, they charged me $36. Ridiculous! I could have gone to any auto store or mechanic shop and they would have pulled the code for free. They never let me know ahead of time what it would cost. They have officially lost a loyal customer.

3 /5 Dustin Long: Unfortunately, I need to edit my review and knock off a couple of stars. While they swapped the tires around as I requested, I drove the vehicle home - over 350 miles to the Buffalo area - only to notice they had left a lug nut off. I only caught it because the ABS sensor tripped for some reason and I approached the wheel to investigate that issue (I dont believe the missing lug had anything to do with it). Let this be a lesson to always, always walk around your car, and to the Hillside workers, always verify your work. Maybe there was a problem with the lug nut, I dont know, but they didnt notify me if that was the case. I could have went straight to the parts store and bought one if so. A little disappointed, but glad it didnt cause any bigger issues.
