5 /5 G P: They are clean, professional and accommodating. The 1st time I scheduled an appointment, the technician, Ann was amazing! That has never happened before! Usually, the 1st time at a nail salon, you try a few before you are happy and stick with your forever person. Not here! Everyone is incredible and I noticed this b/c every technician was someones forever person!

2 /5 Alberina Hoti: It seems a little pricey for something that only lasted me less than one week! As I was getting my gel manicure done one of the male staff members was complaining the whole time saying “how hard it was for him to do French tip with blue color”. Continuously kept complaining, whether it was a joke or not, it is unprofessional. Got them done for vaca and didn’t even last a week. I have gotten gel pedicures there a few times before and never had any issues.

4 /5 Erica Macias: Love this place! They are so professional. I went to get a full nail set of acrylic nail at a different location and they really messed up my nails. I came here to grace nails and they professionally fix all my issues. The pedicure spa was super relaxing. They definitely have me as a loyal customer from now on.

1 /5 Maya L: Worst costumer service from the owners! They treat you like they’re doing you a favor to do your nails. I been getting my pedicure done at this place for a couple months now until today. The couple is rude to their employees and the costumers. I will not be returning to this place after today experience. The guy had the audacity to tell me “YOU PEOPLE” when I asked him that I wanted my nails short and round. After he had cut them and I explained I need it shorter. I felt humiliated and stressed out and I feel really bad for the girls who worked in this place. God bless them they deserve better!

1 /5 Darlene Gafni: I made an appointment with a specific technician and when arrived they the owner told me I never asked for the person. This is the second time she did this to me. Another time she made me switch technicians because a party of 4 walked in and needed a full set. I tip well and expect to be treated with the same respect. I will not be going back. They also don’t filter the air.
