1 /5 Galina Magidova: Got gel manicure there 2 days ago, it cracked on the first day and started chipping on the second day.

1 /5 Sara Kolodziejski: I had an 11:30 appointment for a gel manicure. When I arrived I was of the only People in there but they started to get busy. Whoever was taking the gel off my nails began rushing because they were “getting backed up.” I picked a color that apparently was a black with a shimmer on top of it. It was supposed to be gunmetal grey. But the swatch didn’t have a number so apparently she guessed. I said something about the color being wrong and she ran for a different shimmer. Long story short I left with a totally different color than I asked for, was talked to like an idiot when I pointed out what I got vs what I wanted. She was putting on so many layers that I assumed it would eventually be correct. It wasn’t and I paid $40 for a manicure that was entirely not the color I wanted. Which I’m now stuck with for two weeks unless I want to pay again. I came here hoping to finally find a good place in the area and was sadly mistaken.

1 /5 angela berger: After over 15 years of going to this nail salon, I have to change from 5 stars to 2. There has been a decline in service. For the price charged for services, the service received should be worth the price. Peeling or shattered polish. But thats not all. Owner can get nasty and disrespect when asked to fix color, or anything while sitting in shop. Needless to say I was mortified when I was last there as owner was actually mean to me. That was the last time I was there.

5 /5 Angela Stompanato: This is literally the only place I have ever gotten my nails done. They do a fantastic job each and every time. Very clean, and they don’t rush when doing your nails. The owner Song and her staff are so lovely. They are accommodating and treat you like family here. As long I live in Brooklyn it is the only place I will go to for my nails.

5 /5 1220Shakes: I have been having my nails done here for more than 10 years. What flips me out is when I am somewhere else and people compliment me on my nails, I always tell them to go to Grace Nails and ask for Song. She draws the design on my nails each time I visit, freehand. Works of art.
