First, the salon is pristine – spotless, modern, and relaxing, with a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. My nail technician (Young) takes the time to listen to exactly what I want and makes sure I am comfortable throughout the entire process. The hard gel manicure itself is flawless. Young expertly applies the gel, ensuring even coverage, a smooth finish, and the perfect shape for my nails. It’s clear they use high-quality products, and I love how natural the hard gel looks – no thick, bulky layers. My nails come out looking perfectly polished. What really stood out was the durability. I’ve had issues in the past with chips or lifting, but this manicure has lasted weeks with no signs of wear or damage. My nails still look perfect, even after the daily wear and tear. I also appreciated that they offer a wide range of colors and designs, from classic neutrals to fun, trendy hues. I went with a deep red for the holidays, and the color is rich and vibrant. Everyone is so kind and warm and they make everyone feel at ease and excited to get their nails done. I’ve added photos of my latest set - Leah is simply amazing! 1 /5 Christine Cook: I went here 4 days ago for a powder gel manicure on a break from work. First, I want to say the women here were incredibly nice. However, I was also incredibly disappointed with the service. After 2 days, my nails started chipping. Now, 4 days later, they are almost all chipped. I get gel manicures regularly and this has never happened before. They also did my powder gel manicure in 30 minutes. I have never had one that quick before. Obviously, a step must have been skipped because the quality is just not there. It looks like I got a $10 regular manicure not a $50 powder gel. This isn’t near my house or on my way home, so I can’t go there and have them fix it. Now, I need to go get another gel manicure somewhere else to fix this mess. My nails are also cracking and breaking. Normally, after a powder gel manicure my nails start growing because they are so protected. This is not the case.
