1 /5 Salma Trevejo: Id like to start by acknowledging that the owner and his daughter are wonderful people, very kind and nice. However, Blertta’s hairstyling skills and rudeness leave much to be desired. Ive visited her twice; the first time was passable, but yesterdays experience was disappointing. She seemed disinterested, brushing off my questions and neglecting to address the brassiness at the bottom of my hair despite my specific request. I would even ask her questions she would totally ignore me and say "what kind of questions is this?" She totally ignored the bottom of my hair and the color that was in it before . Whereas i specicially asked her to fix my hair color in general and insteas , she only added highlights to my roots.
Moreover, she didnt style my hair properly, Instead of taking the time to ensure my hair looked presentable, she rushed through the process, leaving it frizzy hastily blow-drying it and leaving it puffy before abruptly telling me to LEAVE THE CHAIR , LIKE WHO DOES THAT ??????? It was the worst experience, and her RUDENESS was uncalled for. Her abrupt instruction for me to leave the chair without any regard for my satisfaction was the epitome of her disrespectful attitude. Its disheartening to encounter such unprofessional behavior from someone entrusted with a clients appearance and well-being. Its unacceptable to treat clients in such a dismissive and unfair manner, especially when they trust you with their hair. Despite this, I still tipped her $20 out of kindness, but in retrospect, I regret paying her at all
