Ryan I called Nick this morning after getting him as a reference from a friend. Long story short, my Subaru started rattling and he was able to take me in the same day, identify the issue, and fix it quickly. Absolutely recommend this place, Nick runs a one-man shop but hes on-point when it comes to services. Will be taking my business to him again in the future.

gama ace My car had its timing belt due, so I called shops in my area and I eventually called Batavia Auto Service and got a quote from Daniel that was extremely fair. I got the car towed and dropped off early in the day, and the job was completed on the same day. Daniel was very kind and honest about the work done to my car. Highly recommend.

Adam Brophy What a lifesaver! I was on a drive out to Albany and had an issue, so I pulled off in Batavia. Jason the owner got to my vehicle quickly, identified the issue, showed me the problem and within 30 minutes I was back on the road. Incredible honesty, and didn’t charge me and arm and a leg. Highly recommend to everyone.

Marilyn Mael This is actually Mavis. Have dealt with them twice since first of month. Will probably never do so again. They seem to make lots of promises to get you in, then cant fulfill their end of deal. Example: be here at 8am and we will get it right up on lift, 4 hours later it has not been looked at. Example: appointment made four days ahead, drive from our of state during a snow storm, get there and they say they are overbooked and cannot get you in for 24 hours when you have to drive back home next morning. Lets shape up boys!
