Cassandra Cherebin Great experience with Canettas. I was referred by my coworker there and needed to get a few things done, including an unidentified knocking sound repair. I dropped the car off Monday evening [they have a drop-box for those who may need to come after they close; like myself!] for my Tuesday appointment. I had a call by 9am Tuesday with the issue and a full estimate, which was lower than I was anticipating spending. They had my car ready to go before 2pm that same day. Awesome front-end service as well! Very friendly and trustworthy family run business! Will absolutely be bringing all future business there!

Megan Collett I cannot express how grateful I am to the owners of this garage for quickly and swiftly getting my vehicle in to diagnosis problems with the engine -with very little time before my cars warranty was going to expire. The expertise and swift actions of the mechanics saved me literally 1000s of dollars or having to junk my car! The owner is extremely patient and through in explaining issues with your car, while educating me on which repairs are urgent and which repairs can wait. Hands-down, the best experience Ive ever had with any garage!

Both the guys working at the front desk were friendly, honest, and straightforward. My car needed some major repairs (which I already expected), but they explained everything up front and I trusted their recommendations. Their mechanic was able to complete the repairs in one day, which I wasnt expecting but was incredibly pleasantly surprised at. Highly recommend this place!

Jane Duerr Lifesaver with a Battery Pack! Thought my car was dead and gone… turns out it just needed a little jolt (don’t we all?). Budget Boosted Mobile Mechanic showed up at my house like a roadside superhero, gave my battery a boost, and had me back on the road before I could even finish my coffee. Fast, friendly, and didn’t drain my wallet. 10/10 would recommend — especially if your car’s being a drama queen like mine was.

JSW Life Last year on my return golf trip from Rochester New York while traveling on interstate 81, 300 miles from my home. I blew the head gasket on my 1999 Volvo xc70. Had the car towed to the VOLVO dealership in Syracuse that Sunday. I had to take a bus home. Followed up with the dealer that Monday, repair estimate over $4000.00. Did some online research and found Gabe Auto. Had the car towed to them, I couldnt have been more pleased with the choice. I felt at ease after my conversation with Gabe. For further reassurance I had my Volvo mechanic (Ive known him for over 25 years) speak with Gabe after speaking with him he confidently assured me that Gabe knows his stuff. Cost $2600. One week later I went to pick up my car, met Gabe for the first time. What an upstanding and gracious person. . A few months later I was heading back to Rochester and stopped by to have my wife meet Gabe, we spent 45 minutes chatting with him. Highly recommended.

Lisa Jawork I cannot say enough about this family run business!! Mohamed and his team did an amazing job. A bit of background: My car overheated while driving home on the turnpike in NY to Ohio, on a Sunday. I called my insurance company to get a tow - 1.5hrs later they indicate that is a restricted zone and to call state trooper. I wound up calling the nearest Pep Boys where I had planned on taking it to see if they offered tow service, which they did and it would have been nice if they offered that on my first call with them. Needless to say got dropped into another queue - now worried that it was approaching 3pm on a Sunday and most repair shops would not likely service me the same day. I then found this repair shop that was open until 7pm. I called, explained my issue he indicated to bring the car in and he could work on it. The (independent tow truck company I found through the Warners gas attendant) was curious why I chose this shop out of the others. I said, I need to get home yet today, and they were willing to work on it on a Sunday. Mohamed and his family team treated me so kind, he quickly assessed the issue (water pump completely broken), quoted me a price, and went to work. It was a Very fair price and they even went the extra step to check my oil and give me an oil change at a small price and fix my darn dashboard light from being forever on! It goes to show that no matter where in the world you are, regardless of neighborhood, income, nationality etc.... There are truly good people/mechanics in the world.
