Gigi has perfected the blonde I have desired for years and always makes me feel at home at every appointment. With her "no challenge she cant handle" motivation and excellent customer service, I will always be one of her clients and let everyone know about Palms Salon. Gigi also has helped my hair become healthier than ever by recommending the incredible products they offer.

Aiza Zulkarnay My hair is very dry and damaged from my adolescence. I’ve been doing different keratin procedures for 10 years, so I clearly can compare effects. Nelly is a professional! She gave me deep analysis of my hair using special technology and helped me to find a best cosmetics for treatment. After one month use I was surprised, how cleaner and stronger my hair became. I decided to do scalp detox then, in order to completely recover them. Result was even more surprising. She explained me, how keratin and scalp help each other for better efficiency. Keratin could damage my weak hair without detox, but doing keratin after that treatment will even make the healing effect last for long, because protein under high temperature covered scalp detox and now my hair is strong, shiny and gorgeous. Observing my hair a week after procedure, I found Nelly’s job done brilliantly. I can tell, because usually a week after procedure hair behaves different way after different salons. I’m grateful to finally find a right specialist in New-York!

Jackson Miranda Have been here a few times and can confidently say each haircut I’ve received have been the best haircuts I’ve ever had. The salon is up to date, clean and operated by such friendly people. The first time I went I had Oksana and have requested her each time since. My last haircut was especially the best haircut to date. Oksana is a perfectionist who will take her time to make sure your haircut is exactly how you want it, perfectly even and blended. Oksana even stayed significantly past closing to finish and make sure I leave with the best haircut possible. I am beyond grateful to have found this place and will continue to come!

Julia Megibow Dolson I will try to make this review short and sweet as I know long one can be daunting, but let me tell you that I feel like I have FINALLY found my new salon and stylist in the Upper East Side. As we all know, especially those of us that color our hair, finding a good salon and a good stylist can be quite a journey. I had been to several other salons in the neighborhood and some I would stay at for a few months, but then something would happen that would cause me to look elsewhere. I came in on a Sunday and Giuseppe was my stylist. I said to him only a few simple things - half head of highlights and blended and he went to work. i dont know how he did it or if he is a psychic, but it was like he read my mind and gave me exactly what I wanted and I AM THRILLED. I feel like only really good and amazing stylists can take a little information and make it amazing. He also has such a strong passion for hair coloring and the art of it. He thoroughly enjoys his work and making people happy by giving them exactly what they want and you can tell as it was very much reflected in his work and personality. Also the Living room hair salon is HUGE and just beautiful! I dont think I have been to a salon that clean, organized and spacious since I lived in California! Seriously - if you want a wonderful experience with wonderful stylists - look no further as The Living Room Hair Salon is IT.

Aimara Alayon I recently took my daughter to have her hair color transitioned from blonde back to her natural medium brown roots. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with a smile and offered tea and a delightful snack, which set a pleasant tone for our visit. Fatima took the time to listen attentively to my daughters preferences and demonstrated exceptional skill and artistry in executing the desired look. Her professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail truly made the experience enjoyable and satisfying. I highly recommend this establishment, and if youre in the city, I encourage you to visit and experience their outstanding service firsthand.

Kate V I came to Lilly to get my roots touched up, as well as to fix orange banding from a previous colorist. She recommended we do a keratin treatment for blondes, which I’m glad I did because it helped prevent hair breakage and loss during the bleach treatment. My hair felt amazing! She then fixed the banding and touched up my roots which was an incredibly difficult task because my hair was in very bad shape, with various shades of blonde and yellow and lots of breakage. Not only did she fix it without any breakage, she did it in about 3 hours! Usually my double process takes 5+ hours. And my hair felt soft, when usually bleaching will make it feel dry. Her salon space was very clean, she was extremely knowledgeable and responsive to my concerns/ communication. I don’t have great pictures but I’m including before and after photos.

Samantha Seaman Shear Bliss is my one stop shop for all of my hair needs. The staff is super welcoming, accommodating and friendly. My stylist, Michelle, never disappoints! I trust her work and I’m always leaving the salon feeling brought back to life. See you in a couple months!

Kily A Wong Great service and results every time. I always get single color process, and my hairstylist Senait provides a great experience that goes above and beyond. She is super friendly, shares lots of hair advice, and even makes me a tea while I wait. The blowout looks really nice and lasts a few days. Glad to be a regular.

jannina guerrero Beyond incredible experience. I’ve had trouble finding someone who understands what I want and is able to match what I want in real life. Duneisy was able to accomplish this. I felt comfortable and heard. I received advice and felt very pretty after leaving the salon. Esther was very nice and helpful too. Everyone in the salon was welcoming and made this process run smoothly. Def worth the time and money. Will come back soon and bring my sister.
