She gave me deep analysis of my hair using special technology and helped me to find a best cosmetics for treatment. After one month use I was surprised, how cleaner and stronger my hair became. I decided to do scalp detox then, in order to completely recover them. Result was even more surprising. She explained me, how keratin and scalp help each other for better efficiency. Keratin could damage my weak hair without detox, but doing keratin after that treatment will even make the healing effect last for long, because protein under high temperature covered scalp detox and now my hair is strong, shiny and gorgeous. Observing my hair a week after procedure, I found Nelly’s job done brilliantly. I can tell, because usually a week after procedure hair behaves different way after different salons. I’m grateful to finally find a right specialist in New-York!

Hair Rules Salon

Joannah Denise I finally found a salon that knows how to care for my coily curls! They do it all here - blowouts/silk press, wash and go, color, cut, braids…whatever you need! My experience was awesome from start to finish. I arrived a few minutes early and they promptly started with my service while talking me through the entire process. Conveniently located less than 10 minutes from my office, Hair Rules is now my go to hair salon. The salon space is clean and modern, the staff is personable and professional, and the service that I received - TOP NOTCH! Hair Rule was referred to me and I highly recommend them for your hair care needs!

It was very important for me to find someone who was not only talented but also prioritized the health of my hair. Irina R. After a few years of growing my hair long and only cutting my hair at home, I decided it was time for a change. I wasnt too sure exactly what I wanted, and I was nervous about losing too much length, but Brandon put me instantly at ease. I really appreciated that he took the time to understand my usual routine and my styling preferences and that his suggestions took into account my natural, wavy texture. He also recommended highlights, and Jordan did a fantastic job not only with coloring but also with walking me through the colors that best suit me. Rebecca and Alexa assisted, and they were lovely and helpful! Even though I had originally only booked the gloss and not the highlights, I didnt feel rushed at any point and Brandon took the time to share many useful tips on how to care for my wavy hair. I appreciated how well-organized, friendly, and kind everyone was - I felt like a princess and, most importantly, I love love love the result! I will surely be back!

Jackson Miranda Have been here a few times and can confidently say each haircut I’ve received have been the best haircuts I’ve ever had. The salon is up to date, clean and operated by such friendly people. The first time I went I had Oksana and have requested her each time since. My last haircut was especially the best haircut to date. Oksana is a perfectionist who will take her time to make sure your haircut is exactly how you want it, perfectly even and blended. Oksana even stayed significantly past closing to finish and make sure I leave with the best haircut possible. I am beyond grateful to have found this place and will continue to come!

Pearl Hair Salon

Katie Wright I went for the first time to have a haircut, blowout & deep conditioning treatment and LOVED the way my hair was done. I would definitely go back and recommend Yona :) My hair is rather curly and I have yet to meet anyone who is able to straighten it without mostly using a flat iron and he was able to!

W Jacobson I have been coming here for haircuts, highlights and styling from Shanti since it opened. He is a magician!!! He does blond highlights so well and always listens to what I’m going for. I get compliments all the time on my cuts and color. Even though I moved out of the neighborhood I still come here for Shanti!
