5 /5 frank white: I am incredibly grateful for the outstanding care provided to my father by the staff at the Essex Center. The nursing team is kind, always ensuring that he is comfortable and well-cared for. The administrative staff handled all our concerns promptly and efficiently. I cant thank them enough for their exceptional service.

4 /5 Michael Violette: I am giving 4 stars because we had a little issue in the beginning of my mother’s stay and it was fixed pretty well. Today, my mom got to go home. This place I feel performed a miracle because in 3-4 weeks my mother was unable to walk and today she walked out without the use of a walker. The work staff are amazing and when we brought things up, they took care of them. Thanks to Rose, and the other ladies and gentlemen that took care of my mother. We are extremely happy with the results!!
