taylor white I called to see if they took my insurance they were happy to take me asap got me in with a cancellation appointment the next day and my cavity filled within the same week. Staff has great attitude, dentist very professional and always checking in making sure you’re okay and not in pain. I felt comfortable throughout the whole process and there’s Great Wall art to admire while you’re there. 5 stars all around.

Rebecca Kaufman Dr. Taheri and his staff are very caring and professional. He is gentle, skilled, and kind, and he is an excellent dentist.I am especially thankful to Lisa who assists Dr. Taheri. Lisa is wonderful and calming. She takes excellent care of my teeth as well as making sure that I am doing okay during procedures. The entire staff from doctor to hygienist to receptionist are great. I highly recommend this office.

John Moroni Excellent!!! Had to change dentist and Dr Costa and his staff were highly recommended… and they exceeded my expectations.. had the most thorough dental exam.. Kerry was terrific.. taking her time and explaining every step.. Dr Costa did the same and went over the work that needed to be done. Even Gail helped me with getting all my needed information transferred over. Everyone was great

Valencia Forbes Great experience here! They are very friendly and gentle with your little ones. Even got my 2 year old who is petrified of anyone in the medical field, to willingly open her mouth and have her teeth cleaned! Definitely recommend!

Alex Kosicki I first saw Dr. Hecht almost 26 years ago when I was in desperate need for full dental care. He saw me abd explained everything to me and even went above and beyond, to ensure I felt safe and worry free. 26 years later, I now have implants from another place but Dr. Hecht is one dentist Ill always remember. If I get some money in place Id see him again but I am also no longer in Staten Island, either. If I was there, hed be my dentist 100%. He is one of the best in the country! He is great. Youll be perfectly fine in under his care.

Arieta Sej The amount of stars depends on the doctor. I first had Dr. Sadina Roselin for a cavity filling and I had such a bad experience I was ready to give one star and never go back. She was so unprofessional and rude to not only me but to the staff as well. Ive never experienced anything like it. She refused to explain anything, she audibly laughed when I said I was in pain, water was spilling down my neck, it was just overall a terrible experience. She yelled at me at one point for closing my mouth...I did not and she was visibly annoyed the rest of the appointment. BUTTTTT I went back and switched to Dr. Om Chainani, the owner, and I was BLOWN AWAY at the difference!!! He was so patient and kind with me. He explained every small detail, asked if I was in any pain during the filling, understood where my pain was coming from and calmly explained the reasoning behind it. He apologized once for taking longer on the filling because he wanted it to be perfect. Id rather have that!! If youre going to come here book with him!! 5 stars for Dr. Om Chainani!! (also the receptionists were always super helpful and kind. I constantly had issues with insurance and referrals and they were always patient and ready to help. Not sure what the others reviews are on about. 5 stars for them too!)

Alexandria Pacifici I can always depend on this Ideal Smiles Dental to provide the best care. Everyone knows it’s not easy going to the dentist but this place truly makes you feel comfortable. Reception is consistently greeting you with a smile, always kind and helpful in regards to making an appointment and will even call you if there is an available appointment sooner which I always appreciate. The hygienist and assistants are wonderful and of course both of the dentists here are professional, kind, gentle and will even follow up the next day with you to see how you’re feeling when you get a procedure done. You can see either dentist here because they both provide excellent care. How many other offices can you say actually makes sure their patients care is priority. I have switched my family over to this dentist (including two kids) because they really are that great.
