Maver4k95 Was skeptical about the lack of reviews on this shop, but decided to drop my car off for a pre cat 02 sensor replacement. He got the job done quickly and called me to update me with information on the cars status. The price was 100% reasonable and will absolutely be returning to his shop if I need a quick part replacement. 10/10

Caitlyn Ball Xavier is an awesome guy to bring your car to! Hes always super honest amd gets the job done right. I highly recommend and wish I still lived close so he could be my regular mechanic

Gilbert Marrero I have had two oil changes here. We usually do our own at home, but I wasn’t up for it in the heat. I didn’t realize that it’s a drive through service; you stay in your car the entire time. It was quick as they work like an efficient team. Very polite and professional. I was in and out in minutes. I also knew what I wanted and didn’t. Since my car was already tuned up I opted out of the air filter changes which I can also do myself.

Gary Koen Saturday afternoon the check engine light came on in our RV. They were not open but come Monday morning Larry hooked the RV up and read the codes, ordered the parts. When the parts came in Larry jumped on it and got us on the road again. Larry and Mike went out of their way to get us back on the road. Couldnt ask for better service and at a fair price.

Honest Opinion Awesome work! If you have a euro or probably any high mileage car, but especially a BMW it’s tricky finding mechanics that aren’t scared to do what’s necessary to get you back on the road with no future problems. I have a 2018 BMW with over 150k miles that needed work. I took it to many mechanics that were either scared to change the transmission oil and/or didn’t have a clue. Many indie shops told me why don’t you buy a Honda or Toyota. Like I Bought a bimmer by mistake. It’s been over 3K miles since I had my car serviced at Everett. Had lots of work done for $4k, but thats way cheaper than buying any new or used car AND my car is driving like a new BMW should. If you have an older euro car and every shop including the dealership is telling you those fluids are good forever. Have your car serviced at Everett and drive away feeling like oh yeah, this is why I got this car in the first place. Top notch service, car was ready when they said it was gonna be, family run, Friendly shop dogs which says a lot and no rude we’re doing you the favor attitude.

Eric Rowles I had somebody vandalize my truck and it was brought here to Gerber and I have to say some of the nicest people in the world extremely helpful theyll answer every question and they go above and beyond you need work done on your vehicle have your insurance agent send you here the best

Not only did they help to make our dream come true with a new car and an affordable car payment but maintains our car is easy as could be. Specifically Tina in service has been absolutely wonderful to us. She is Kind and compassionate and truly cares about her customers peace of mind. Again 100/5 stars for the staff members (especially Tina!)

Mermelstein John (John) These people are the best! From top to bottom this agency goes above and beyond. Very efficient, fast and friendly. I was very easy to schedule a service an appointment on their website Waiting area is very comfortable with plenty of refreshments and snacks. I am a happy camper.

Tyler Bard I had bought a brand new 2025 Kia k4 and got in an accident a week later.11k worth of damage. Kingston collision was very empathetic and did their best to help me out, keep me updated every step of the way and their tecs worked great and fixed my car in a timely manner. All factory parts, and looks brand new!

S. Will Fantastic experience with this team! This was my first time visiting this location (and my first time coming to an auto shop alone). The rep (I think his name was Elijah) was super helpful and accommodating. He gave the best suggestions on what my vehicle needed with no pressure to get things done. Not to mention, they give a free car wash afterwards! This shop will be my go to for the next time I’m in the area.
