Brianna Baker After a frustrating experience with another hair salon cancelling my daughters hair appointments 2 days in a row after we already showed up for the appointments and not cancelling until we showed up I ended up calling Ovations Salon Spa and spoke with Katy who was beyond so professional and nice and took on doing my daughters hair for us even though she was pretty booked for the rest of the day and we were a last minute call in the afternoon. She made the experience amazing for my daughter and her hair came out way better than we even expected. My daughter got a full head of highlights and a butterfly cut and her hair styled after. She made sure not only my daughters experience was great but also that me as her mother was at ease and had a good experience too. I will never be able to thank Katy enough for going above and beyond to make my daughters night and help us have her hair looking amazing for picture day. I will continue to bring her to see Katy and the salon was calm/relaxing and clean with such friendly people. Katy has a great personality and friendly and truelly shows she cares about her clients and enjoys her job.

La Terra Wow, the coiffeurs at La Belle Salon are very talented. A shout out to Shelly Meuser, coiffeur extraordinaire. Her work is truly amazing. Ashley Williams I love going here to get my hair cut and styled. Simply due to my lack of planning I have not had the same hairdresser twice. Regardless, they always take their time and are very friendly. The price is also very reasonable in my hair always looks great when I leave.

Lauren Armellino An adorable family owned and oriented salon. Was coming into town and called day before for a blow out with curls and they were nice enough to squeeze me in their already busy schedule. Fairly priced and great service. Highly recommend to anyone in the area and if or when I come back to Plattsburgh I will definitely visit again!

Denise Sheehan Tim old and tired you came in after hours and expected to walk in and drop everything for you.. I was finishing up my 14th client that day.. to finish my day and go to the gym like I do most days.. maybe you should have called for an appointment like the other 150 clients I have.. or go to the mall and get a inexperienced “young” one to look at.. so glad I was unavailable .. don’t need someone like you in my business!!!
