Dounia Aalil I went into this shop for the first time and Mike and his team took care of me as if I was their own daughter. I really appreciate when people show you your faulty part and show you the new part they got, the brand and the invoice for the parts, and Mike did that! Very honest work. I called Mike asking him about my water tank and thermostat and he was able to give me straight forward answer over the phone which I appreciated. Mike quoted me a great and very fair price and even trusted me to leave and come back. Good man good people that put their customer’s satisfaction first.
