B H I reviewed the list of mostly 5 star reviews and couldn’t agree more! I have been using Tallmadge tire for years and would give more stars if I could. Mike Andy and the mechanics have all been more than fair to my wife and I. It’s the only place we take our vehicles and plan to keep it that way as long as we live in the area. They have been so kind to us that the price does not matter. We’re just happy and blessed to have a fun kind knowledgeable well rounded mechanic shop we can trust. Thank you so much for being our shop keep up the good work.

Karen Palermo Been using Scotties since 1996 they wont rip you off and tell you if the vehicle is worth fixing or not. Highly recommend- Scottie and his family are excellent auto mechanics. They work on hybrids and plugins too.

Renee Damon While traveling down RT 81 traveling back home to PA my check engine light went on. I have 3 hours left to drive home and I just knew I wasn’t going to make it. I pulled off the Cortland exit and went to Steve Shannon’s shop. They diagnosed what was wrong and currently fixing the problem. No appointment No call. Just pulled in and said “Help” And help is exactly what they have done. What a great staff, professional and welcoming. So recommend this shop!!! Thank you Larry & Zabin!!!

Jason pyhtila A very informed smart man. Knew exactly what to do took little time. I got stuck couldn’t remove that last bolt. Came in removed installed everything quick. Don’t hesitate to call if you need help

I was so fortunate that Shae was able to order the correct rim and tire and for a great price! They even got rid of the wrong tire and put the correct one in the trunk for me. Thank you! A+++

Sarabeth Loomis I needed a jump on my car, and I was desperate to get to work on time---I called Gary and he drove over to my apartment within ten minutes to help me, taking time out of his extremely busy schedule to help someone he didnt know at all. I will be using Gary again in the future whenever I have automotive needs for as long as I am in the area!

mellymel284 I have been a frequent customer of Total Auto care for about 11 years ( since around 2010 ) and I have always experienced friendly, exceptional service and automotive savvy. I have seen Craig ODell ( the owner ) go out of his way to help me on short notice ( no appointment ) and fix the problem. Craig ALWAYS explains WHAT is wrong, HOW to fix and even tries to save money for the customer ( if possible ). They also let me know if they see a "potential" problem in the future regarding my vehicle ( heads up ! ). Important to note, Total Auto Care : fix vehicles, inspect, also are a car dealership ( the same excellent service / no rip off !!!) They do it all. F.Y.I...have two small couches to sit on ( if waiting), and two chairs, reading material and a BATHROOM . I RECOMMEND TOTAL AUTO CARE,THEY ARE AN ASSET TO THIS COMMUNITY AND ARE THE BEST !
