Diane Merzbach Ive been going to Jen for almost 20 years and have never had a bad hair cut, color, or style from her. Shes done everything from prom updos, to every shade of color under the sun, to cutting all my hair off to donate. I always recommend her to anyone who is looking for someone new. The salon itself is very clean and well taken care of. They offer other services, which I have yet to try, but have heard great things about as well. I would highly recommend this place!

Nancy Powell My son’s mother in law made me an appointment with Harry to have my hair styled for his wedding. I had a wonderful experience! Harry asked if he could trim a little before styling, and it made such a difference! Harry is a talented stylist and a very nice man. I felt pretty after leaving his place and received many compliments on my hair at the reception that evening. Although I live more than an hour away, I am considering a trip to Rochester just to have another appointment with him. It would definitely be worth the trip!

Sarah McCheyne Simply amazing. Lara has been cutting my hair for 4+ year and I wouldnt let anyone else touch it. Im that girl who asks their stylist to take off dead ends only...less then a centimeter would be ideal...so obnoxious I know but here we are. Lara does exactly what I want and its great. The whole staff is always super friendly and seem really skilled. I hear nothing but positive feed back. They also have a parking lot! Its behind the shop a few houses back from Alexander and its very convenient considering the location.

From cut, color, highlights, styling, and waxing, she does it all, and is TOP NOTCH! Nicole is smart, knowledgeable, funny, and fun! I guarantee that youll not only love the way you look, but youll want to be her best friend when you leave. The salons are modern and beautiful and everyone there is so friendly and helpful. I could not recommend Nicole at Alex & Co or Salon Miaou more!

Eric Lundgren Stevi has been my only hair stylist for many years providing styling and highlights. She is a good listener to understand what I want and she offers great recommendations. The outcome always exceeds my expectations. The salon provides a very pleasant atmosphere.
