Lisa S. Tombari After hitting a huge pothole on Route 104 in Medina, I ended up with a flat tire. My "run-flat" tire had a hole blown in the side and was not drivable. I didnt have a spare so I had to call AAA. Will from A & M Transmissions was dispatched and was at my car loading it on a flat-bed within an hour from the initial call into AAA. Will was very helpful and courteous. From the call from Tony letting me know that Will was on his way and would be to me in less than 30 minutes (which he was), to the loading of my car on the flat-bed, they made a bad situation less annoying and frustrating. Based on the service I received, I would highly recommend A & M.
