Aisha H So happy with my nails!! Isabelle did a beautiful & detailed job! I got dip powder for the base and chrome on top. No weird bumps, very smooth and fine base! She also took her time to file the base down to perfection. I wasnt sure which chrome I wanted, and she tried on different options and was patient with me choosing. Just to note: chrome is pricey here with, an extra $20. Other than that, definitely would recommend!

Jennifer Antilus Tracy does an amazing job on my nails every time! I have been seeing her for almost two years now and will follow her to whatever salon she works out of! Outstanding work and customer service!!

Brianna Saint-Clair Great pedicure, she was very attentive and did not rush at all. I was a walk in and they took my right away on a Saturday at 6pm. Very relaxing, and nails look great. I paid 42$ for a gel pedicure and removal of previous gel. I would definitely recommend

Annakaye Hanson My second time here and it was great, it was way less crowded than last time so I got my nails and eyebrows done quickly. The nail tech is very sweet and she kept asking my opinion until she got my nails how I wanted them. I do wish she was a little gentler with my cuticles and when she was removing my last nails but all in all I would definitely return and recommend this place to others. My sister also got her brows done and she hates waxing but she said they came out perfectly for the first time ever when someone waxed them.

Valeria Gallegos I’ve been coming to 78th nail place for a couple of years now consistently every two weeks for a gel manicures. I keep coming back because I feel like they actually care about my nail health. When they take off the gel they make sure to soak it off and then are able to gently scrub it off. I am not a fan of the machines used that file nails down because my nails are thin as it is, so this is what helps my nails last. They also let me know when my nails need a break from a manicure. They also are very accommodating to the new colors I would like to try. If they don’t have one, they find the closest color to the one I wanted and help me out by mixing colors (gel) to get the one I want. I love that they also work by appointments. Cecilia, Johanna, and Maria are dedicated to their clients and remember what their preferences for future visits.

Modern Styles Closet This has to be one of the best nail experiences I’ve had in a long time. Been getting my nails done for 20 year. Clean, efficient, listen to what you want and reasonably priced. This will be my go to nail salon. Luna and the other lady did great!!!!

Andrea Mueller Vause Anna did an amazing job. I came in having no idea of what I wanted! She was incredibly patient and we had a lot of fun. Her attention to detail is incredible. I’m sold! Great price and I’ve found my nail salon after years of searching!

Eve Pena Lady Nail & Spa is my new "forever salon"! Until today, Ive never been to a salon that has said, "no problem, we can do that for you" when I showed them a nail design photo. They have a full range of nail design supplies that Ive never seen any other salon carry (or know how to apply properly!) I called ahead on a busy Saturday and was given a time slot 1.5 hours out. The staff is SO friendly and they genuinely seem to love their customers. Because of how happy the techs are to get to know you, the atmosphere at this salon feels so alive! Jessie was my nail tech today and she was just amazing! She is so knowledgeable and skilled. She took one look at my nails, the shape, and the way they grew & she made suggestions on the type of manicure I should get. SHE WAS RIGHT! My nails look so natural and the design is perfect. I will never go to another salon. They even have a membership card where you can accrue points for services- how cool is that?!

Michelle F Weve come here several times. Chloe and Helen do amazing nail designs. Ive also gotten a pedicure spa here before. It felt so relaxing. While appointment is not necessary, it is highly recommended. The employees are very accommodating and kind. If they do not have the color you want, you can show them the picture and they will go out of their way to replicate that color.

H Mir Almond, coffin, stiletto, gems, ombré, chrome. They do it all! The best salon in that 3 block radius in Springfield (and I’ve visited every salon). Fei Fei Salon truly tries to accommodate every customer. I don’t have a particular person I go to or request because of the staff are incredibly talented and good at what they do. I always get designs or something unique, and have never been dissatisfied with my nails. I get a hard gel and then always a fill. The pedicures are clean and well-done, with lots of options for spa pedicures as well. This has been my go to nail salon for a year. Also, I got my nails done for all my wedding events here (Shaadi, dolki, mehndi). I usually go in with a few pictures for inspiration and work with the manicurist to come up with something. Sometimes I do appointments, but usually walk ins. Also they are the only salon nearby that is open on a Sunday. It’s so convenient and satisfactory that I’m considering getting my hair cut and massages here as well. I always feel respected and welcome in this place. I used to go to another salon and observed several times that the owner was prioritizing other customers over me and making me wait more than 1 hour for appointments while immediately catering to older White customers. At Fei Fei, I was getting my nails done during the solar eclipse. The manicurist paused her work for me, lent me her glasses so I could go outside and experience the eclipse. They are so friendly, nonjudgmental, and importantly, very professional here. I’ve seen women come in with their children and even small dogs. Overall a welcoming space, which is important since I spend so much time and money there. My only dislike is that there is one guy who does pedicures and I don’t like his work. I avoid him and if he were the only person available for pedicure, I would skip it.
