B & B Garage - Catskill (NY)

Katie Kleczkowski Im not a NYer, just someone who had an emergency on the highway and the good luck to end up at B&B. These are the kindest people I have ever met. Despite having a full schedule, they fixed my car quickly so I could get back on the road. They also drove me to a coffee shop so I could get a bite to eat while I waited. Im completely humbled by the way they went above and beyond to help.

Eric Palmer I ordered trailer tires online for my camper. I made an appointment to have them mounted balanced and valve stems. After I got home with the tires and went to put them on the camper I Realized a valve stem was leaking on one of the tires after looking closer the valve stems were never changed on all four wheels. After checking the other 3 with soapy water, they were good No leaks and luckily I had a valve stem at home to Change out the leaking one. It would have literally took them 1 minute a wheel to change out the valve stems while the tires were off. Not too happy with The quality of the work. But you live ya learn. If I ever have tires done there again Ill be making sure everything is up to par before I leave.

Ed Thompson Glenn‘s General repair is an excellent place to take your vehicle. We have 5 different vehicles that we bring over there for service and repairs including a Volvo. Glenn and his crew are amazing of how versatile they are at fixing whatever we bring to them we are so happy to have them in our area. Vito Great dude, nit looking to fleece you. I had a check engine light come on and I have a long commute to work. He took a look and saw it was just an evap code and could taken me for HUNDRED of dollars. He took a few minutes to explain it to me and saw that it was just a loose gas cap.

Anthony Rouse I want to thank Steve, Jamie, & their team at Automotive Medic. Im not from the area & needed my vehicle looked at. I called & Jamie told me they could look at it that same day. I got there & I was greeted by their well behaved doggos. Steve took a listen to the noise I complained about & knew exactly what I needed. He gave me the quote and worked with me to help fit my budget. He told me about the problems I was having him look at but also looked elsewhere and warned me about things that would need fixing in the future. They made me feel at home. letting me choose the TV channel & even offering me some of the pizza they had for lunch. I 10/10 would recommend their services, you wont regret it!

Taliasba K Went to Catskill Napa yesterday to pick up a part (headlamp). I ordered the wrong part! Marcos was such a great help to me. He took out the bad part for me as I had no clue! and guys inside made the correction on my order. Then Marcos put the new part in for me! Wow! I cant thank him enough!
