Dr. Felicia Watson I had an outstanding experience at Munro Auto Service thanks to George. He was absolutely amazing! His customer service skills were, without a doubt, the best I’ve ever experienced. George’s professionalism, empathy, and in-depth understanding of my situation immediately put me at ease. As a woman, I often worry about being taken advantage of in auto repair settings, but George’s honesty, transparency, and exceptional interpersonal skills made me feel completely secure and respected. His knowledge, integrity, and genuine care for customers are rare and deeply appreciated.

Bonnie Brill We took our vehicle to this facility recently due to a concern over a possible issue with some motor mounts. We originally changed 2 of the mounts but were concerned that all 4 needed doing so we scheduled to have the two remaining ones done. Upon entering for our appointment we were greeted by a welcoming committee of 2 beautiful & friendly dogs (We could see returning here just for some emotional therapy from these 2 love bugs). The mechanic looked at it & reported everything was fine & that being its a handicapped accessible vehicle is the reason the dynamics of the engine mounting were purposely changed to accommodate the modifications. We were impressed with the honesty and time he took to explain everything to us & that when it came time to pay the bill he said dont worry about it. This place has made me a customer for life. Very friendly. I highly recommend this place. On a final note. We struggled with wanting to give them 5 stars but the entrance is not totally accessible for all wheelchair users (particularly those with weak upper body strength or in a power wheelchair). If they correct this issue we will change them to 5 stars. Update 8-16-24: TRC is now fully accessible after their recent modification to the entryway. Thank you TRC.

Shannon Swiatowicz Hands down best mechanic I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with! Aiden was honest and reasonable. He was able to diagnose our problem in mere minutes and I am grateful for the sincerity Aiden operated with. We first brought my 2009 Mazda CX-9 to Mavis who said they were unable to work on the car. The recommended we go here to Dorsey Garage and I am immensely grateful for the suggestion - one I will be passing along to anyone I encounter in need of work done on their vehicle. Aiden fixed it before my eyes. If you are looking for an honest man who works with integrity, look no further than this mechanic! I will definitely be returning the next time I need any maintenance on my vehicle and I hope you do the same!

David Sanni-Thomas Excellent auto repair service. I have used Mainly Benz on two of my cars. I had brake work done and spark plugs replaced on my 2016 GLE350. Outstanding service at a fair price. I also had oil change and spark plugs replaced on my 2016 E400. I would highly recommend Mainly Benz.

melanie m Paul knows his stuff. An extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and reasonable mechanic. Do not bother with your local Mavis, Monroe, or Jiffy Lube. Paul does his due diligence repairing what you need done, for a reasonable price. When you go to Harding Automotive, you know you are in good hands!

Andreanna Stossel This was my first time bringing my car to a shop and the guys here made it a very pleasant experience. I brought my car in with a flat tire and they were helpful. Upon picking up my car I realized I was not charged labor for putting the new tire on. Again very nice people, would absolutely recommend
