I gave him a call and when he found out none of his mechanics were available for the job, he personally came from his home to help put the spare on my car. Very reasonable pricing and prompt service. 5 /5 Hans Nar: Arty was a great mechanic. He took care of all my needs. He answered all my questions. I will recommend him 100% to all my family and friends. I think he’s one of the best wrong. He has an in-depth knowledge of all sort of engine, especially mine in the Cadillac SRX SUV he has it in Dep knowledge on how to diagnose all the problem in the car. he’s good with electrical problem also and he is well forced and he is very reasonable in his Price. That’s the most important thing. I will recommend him 100%.

1 /5 J C-G: Bad experience, my car broke down. I called, and someone showed up to basically do a bogus diagnostic, tell me it was the fuel pump and charge me $100. I get told to leave the key and not to worry that the car will get towed the next day to the "shop," and it will get handled. The next day I received a phone call and I get told that another "diagnostic" was done (without my consent or at least calling me to see if I want that second bogus diagnostic done) and the car has to go to the dealership. Suddenly, I am told to go pick up the key at this fugazi shop by E Tremont, where they pretty much refused to give me the key back until I pay them $130 dollars. No, a single piece of paper, receipt, or diagnostic code was given to me to account for anything. And to top it off my car was still in the exact same spot where I left it, it was never towed to the "shop" nothing was really done, except word of mouth from scammers to make a quick buck. Take all these other reviews with a grain of salt because the whole experience just felt unprofessional and fugazi as hell.
