Jim Bird My wife and I began attending First Baptist Church of Glens Falls last March, and it was a decision we have not regretted! Pastor Frank Galerie is a unique combo of sweet generosity and realistic practicality. He is thoroughly Baptist, but is first and foremost a part of the Body of Christ. There is no doubt about his loyalty to Jesus and to those who call themselves Christ followers, much more than to any denomination. His love for God and His Word, and for people, is evident in his preaching; and it trickles steadily into the congregation. Style, programs, and other details about how the church operates are unimportant. This is a church where the Bible determines doctrine, Jesus is worshipped, and the Holy Spirit leads. The people are loving, needs are met, and the fellowship is sweet and genuine. Come for a visit, and you just might stay, like we did!

I love my Father God and my Saviour, Jesus Christ, who took my place on the cross of Calvary to pay for my sins and save me in His kingdom! C. Daniel Chase I drive about 10 miles to attend Mass here every week. I grew up a quarter mile away and returning to this church a few years ago after moving back to the area is like Coming Home. Father Busch does a great job managing both this and another parish in Lake George due to the priest shortage. I’ve attended some other events he has arranged for the two communities and am amazed at how he juggles it all. If you can help your local parish in any way, please do. Most priests are being asked to cover more and more.
