Lisa S. Tombari After hitting a huge pothole on Route 104 in Medina, I ended up with a flat tire. My "run-flat" tire had a hole blown in the side and was not drivable. I didnt have a spare so I had to call AAA. Will from A & M Transmissions was dispatched and was at my car loading it on a flat-bed within an hour from the initial call into AAA. Will was very helpful and courteous. From the call from Tony letting me know that Will was on his way and would be to me in less than 30 minutes (which he was), to the loading of my car on the flat-bed, they made a bad situation less annoying and frustrating. Based on the service I received, I would highly recommend A & M.

Cody Hovey Staff is very knowledgeable and can only help as far as their system allows which with updates the amount of help they could provide with schematics of vehicles would tremendously help DIY people who dont like to pay the shop prices every time. Location is always clean and stocked accordingly and everything is easily accessible for all customers.

Linda Ark It is rare to have a good experience for any service rendered today. However, a good experience is what I have every time when dealing with John at Automotive Solutions. The latest work was body work to the two front fenders. My vehicle looks absolutely awesome. In addition, they went the extra mile and clean the inside of my vehicle including the floor mats. It smelled so good. Thank you, John, and to your employees.

Noah Drysdale Great shop and great guy was travelling through on a road trip I was on. I’m from Canada so hadn’t brought any tools and my water pump blew up. He was able to come out and replace it right away made sure it wasn’t overheating and all the air bubbles were out of the cooling system properly. Was super great that he was able to come out to me saving me money having to get it towed to a shop. Would recommend him to anyone.

Jed Salisbury Owner never answers his phone, and the shop looks like a tornado just when thru. Stuff is everywhere , parts tools and garbage is all over.
