1 /5 Luke Brown: The receptionist was so very nasty rude, if that’s who is there front facing customer service point of contact, the way she acted and treated a complete stranger says all that’s needed to know, how embarrassing for them and your county, they should be ashamed

4 /5 Kerchner Rich (Richs Car Care): Entranceway was hard to find, its under the tunnel thing on the left. The front end was super fast and helpful. Then the worker I had was very accommodating and really seemed to care about my situation. Totally different from other counties.

3 /5 MLissa Sugden: I came to DSS to pick up something. The male desk clerk was not very approachable. Short with me and seemed frustrated. The woman he finally called to assist me seemed rushed and inconvenienced to meet me to provide me with the paperwork I requested.

1 /5 youngs2003: Horrible. Worst experience ever. The women there are rude and treat people like they are stupid. I would rather be poor and homeless than look to them for assistance, thats how ignorant and rude they are. The whole system needs to be reviewed by a higher power. Or they at least need to start recording the conversations so that people can prove how unprofessional and rude these people are in the way they treat you.
