5 /5 Innovative Constructions: We love this place. First time here but will come back again. I play at different casinos but Del Lago has been surprisingly a great casino to come to, not just to play but it’s also close to different places to visit during the day while here. The staff, starting from the front desk checking in to the ladies changing the rooms to the wonderful host, Ryan, who was very welcoming and accommodating with our stay, were all very friendly and genuinely wanting to help when help was needed. The room we stayed at was very clean, updated and modern. I really didn’t expect a single casino in the area would be this inviting and and fun. Even my 17 year old son kept saying how good the food was. It’s also nice to have the coffee shop/restaurant be right as soon as you get off the elevators. Nice work! Overall, a huge yes to recommending to come visit.

5 /5 Audrey Schrom: They have so many promotions going on. The machines dont just drain your money at once so you have fun playing even if you lose. I loved the Monday hot seats! Staff are so friendly. They give out great gifts! Always a fun time when we go there

5 /5 Kelly Quaranto: My husband and I went for the first time to del Lago resort and casino. We absolutely loved it! The rooms are clean and spacious and its easy to get to del Lago from the New York State Thruway. Beautiful building. Great restaurant the portico and the staff there are great. Very helpful and accommodating. We cant wait to go back again!

5 /5 Seans Ace of Trades: They dont build casinos for winners... but keeping that in mind, its a fun place to go. Great beds and showers. Casino and hotel service and servers are wonderful and kind (most). The food is good, but there is no buffet. If you play smart, you can make 1000 last 3 days. Ive had ample opportunities to leave up or even... I just dont know when to quit, ha. Best times for winnings seem on weekends and late at night, or early mornings on weekdays.

1 /5 Marianne Aguilera: We stayed at this hotel for one night and it was one of the most uncomfortable and disturbing experiences we’ve ever had while traveling. As a Mexican family, we were shocked by how unwelcome we felt the moment we walked in. The environment was extremely racially charged—from the staff to the other guests. We were constantly being watched, stared at, and treated like we didn’t belong there. It honestly felt like we had walked into a scene from the movie Get Out. People didn’t just glance—they glared. It was incredibly unsettling. At one point, our toddler touched something nearby and a staff member immediately warned us that “we’d have to pay for it if he broke it,” in a tone that was completely unnecessary. We weren’t being careless—we were simply existing in a space we paid for like anyone else. The entire time, we were met with judgmental stares and a clear message: You don’t belong here. We’ve traveled extensively and have stayed in a wide variety of hotels, and we’ve never felt so discriminated against in our lives. If you’re Mexican, Latino, or a person of color, I would not recommend staying here. It was not just uncomfortable—it was deeply offensive and hurtful. Hotels should be safe, welcoming spaces for all people. This one failed miserably.
