Lion Mountain “LBrooksay” Mike is a very friendly, personable barber. I have been going to him since I was 14 now 21 years old. Mike always delivers a statement haircut/trim or whatever I ask him to do. He is the most fair priced barber in town, but his work and skill in cosmetology for Men is unmatched.

HighLitezz Came here today for the first time for myself and my stepson. I was very impressed! The shop owner was very nice, professional and did an awesome job! I will definitely be a returning customer :)

Dominic Frezza A wonderful little place with a simple goal: to get your hair cut, and make it a good experience. The barber is very kind, and excited to talk about anything life has to offer. Men’s haircuts are $15, which is a pretty good deal too!

Rebecca Brown Went there for my little mans first hair cut. They were so sweet, and worked with him to give him the best haircut possible. We will be going here from now on. Great environment, friendly service, 11/10 for sure!

Mitchel David Had to change a appointment one time and the owner messaged me through text message to tell me I owed him money for this miss time. I understand the frustration, but with kids things come up regularly and can make things difficult sometimes.

D D My original hair stylist didnt have time for me with a simple hair cut. My best friend suggested this place and her stylist Jessica. Plenty of parking in back. Huge place inside, very clean, had an appointment with Jessica. Jessica was very easy going, friendly, asked alot of questions how I would like my hair done. She was professional and even though it was my first appointment, she made me very comfortable. We talked, laughed, and the prices were very affordable. Looks like I found a new hair stylist and will be returning again for Jessica to cut my hair. Thank you Jessica for my haircut!

Mel McD Nice friendly spacious and clean salon. Offers several services. I went for hair color here because Ive seen other pretty examples walking the streets and when I inquired, theyve told me to go here. I was very happy with my color. I had Jen W. She was confident and accommodating. Fair pricing and friendly smile as well.

Betsy Alexander Jessica Kline has been doing my hair, including cutting, dying, and styling my hair for several years now, and I wouldn’t want it any other way. In fact, she also does 4 other family members’ hair too! She is great at what she does, but is also down to earth, and easy to talk to. She’s a real gem!

Diantha Mauck I started going to Jennifer in 2011 and with 100% confidence can say that there is no one that I trust more with my hair. Even after moving to the Rochester area in 2014, I still happily make the drive to see Jen because of the quality haircut I know I will get every single time. The amount of time she takes to ensure a pleasant and relaxed experience sets the bar quite high for other salons. From a simple trim, to a flawless hair color transformation and everything in between, Jen always delivers. As long as I am able, I will continue to make the drive out to Head West Salon and if you’re looking for the best haircut experience possible, you should as well.

Heather Walz Wow! I finally decided to go ahead and try having lashes because I really dont take enough time for makeup, and I am so glad I did. Sara is truly talented at her craft and words cant describe how beautiful they look. To boot, she is an amazing conversationalist and the time flew by! I have also worked with her on weddings and the brides look amazing. Shop has great vibes too! I am hooked!

Trista Williams This past weekend I had Sara do my make up and Jess do my hair for my wedding. I could not recommend them enough. They are both so talented! Their easy going personalities and confidence in their work had put all my wedding prep anxieties at ease. Nicole Bergmann I am so happy I chose Crazy Beautiful Co for my wedding artists. Sara, Jess, and Char were all fantastic and made me and my girls feel beautiful. I had my hair and makeup trial about a month before the wedding and they made it convenient for me to have it done in one day during a trip (I live in FL). My trial makeup and hair was perfect, and was somehow even better on my wedding day! They were happy to do touch ups right until we had to leave, and even gave me a mini travel kit to bring to the venue. I cannot recommend them enough!

Lindsay McManus The team at Crazy Beautiful is amazing! Sarah did my makeup for my wedding and Jess did my hair (they also did my bridesmaids’ makeup and hair). Rockstars, wonderful to work with, professional, fair pricing (and they were upfront about costs), and done in the time they said they would be. Meriah This is the BEST place to get your hair done. They have so many other services as well! The hairdressers here are so friendly and talented. The art inside this space is fabulous, too. So fun to look at. I highly recommend this business!

Bri Harris Such a wonderful salon. Offers a wide array of services. The staff and owner are extremely friendly. Feel right at home when you walk in. The stylists engage you conversation and keep you informed of what they are doing during your service. Been going there for years now and have yet to find a better place to compare.

Evan Mcmahon First time here, had a TON of hair to get off and no appointment. The owner told me to come down in 30 min and did a PHENOMENAL job when I got there. Very personable, easy to talk to, and she does amazing work. Having cowlicks and other random growth hair issues its difficult to find someone who will manage that and she handled it like a pro! Great place, will return in 6 weeks.

Patti Crane I have trouble with my hair getting cut evenly on one side but Tammy did a great job!! Ill be going to her again. She is awesome!

Rachele Simpson I just had an amazing spa pedicure by Erica at Gemini Salon and Spa! I highly recommend Erica--my feet look great and she takes her time to make your feet look as good as they possibly can. The shea butter and honey that she applies to your feet under hot towels for the spa pedicure is so relaxing. She is friendly and easy to talk to and she truly cares about giving you the best possible pedicure experience. Thank you, Erica! :)

Vienna McCall I used to have beautiful hair, but then it got completely ruined by a hairstylist at this salon (will not name names) i asked for an ombre and was very clear with what i wanted and the color i wanted (due to previous bad experiences with hairstylists). I also asked before hand if she had done this before and she said yes. When she actually put the dye in, i could tell even by watching her that it was very blotchy and then dye was put on unevenly. Of course i didnt say anything because its not my profession and she told me she knew what she was doing. When my hair was complete i noticed that she had infact missed full sections of my hair. Then when i was put under the heat thing (i dont know the name of it) she left my under there for way too long (as i later confirmed). I could barely breathe and i felt like i was going to faint due to the toxic fumes. (I also found out later that there is dye you can use without the harmful chemical i smelled, but im not actually sure if it was in the dye? Ive had my hair dyed before and i never smelled it) She checked on me once after 15 minutes of torture and then left me under for another 10. After that my hair then came out. It was yellow. Which was fine at first because she said she would fix it. Well, she didnt and my hair is still yellow to this day even though i asked for platinum blonde. I even showed her a picture of the color. My hair is also destroyed. It is dead and knoted and gross and fluffy and literally so ugly. The ombre itself is also just as bad. I asked for it too go higher- wasn’t done and it barely looks like an ombre. She also added highlights when I SPECIFICALLY told her not too. Its messy and done so wrong i can’t even begin to explain. I even had my hair stylist friend try to help me and he said that it was done completely wrong. Some girl came in while she was doing it and literally looked at it horrified, but tried to play it off so i wouldnt be upset. I am not writing a bad review to be mean, i am writing one because i am unhappy and my hair is ruined and it has been for the last two months. I have tried to fix it but i finally have to resort to cutting it off today so i actually look presentable for my senior pictures. I feel ugly, and i will not be going back.

The one who cut my sons hair was extremely good with my little 2 year old. He was careful with every sudden move my baby made. They gave my babies lollipops and juices. My kids loved it! Timothy Spinelli My granddaughter went here last year. She came in with Blonde hair and asked for a bleach root touch up. Not only did it appear that there was no difference, she left balding. She paid over $500 for a bleach and tone. Her hair was breaking off to an extreme and was left with highly thinned out hair. Her hair is a part of her soul and being so she was extremely upset. Extremely unprofessional environment and very displeased with the service. Do not recommend this saloon.

Jordan Sloan My sister got my hair done here no problem and I thought it was a great place. Until I went to get my hair done here this weekend. I called numerous times throughout the day yesterday and nobody would answer. All I wanted to know was how late they were open and how much their haircuts were. And I was going to get it done this weekend so I go out and walk over there just for them to tell me they were closing. So I go back today and there is one lady there doing one ladies hair and she said she couldn’t do my hair today. There was only one person there and they weren’t closing soon either. So I’m going to find a different hair salon from now on.

Correen Denman She did great on the trim but I’m heart broken about the bangs. I showed her exactly what I wanted and I was already afraid to begin with. I asked for long bangs and left with short uneven bangs that looked nothing like the picture.. my hair takes years to grow back and I can’t even lean my head forward without the tiny bangs falling in front of my eyes. I still tipped and didn’t make a huge deal, I didn’t want to embarrass her or myself. If you don’t know how to do something then please just let the customer know so that they don’t make the mistake of trusting you to do that certain thing. Once you cut it off, it takes a long time (for a lot of people like myself) to grow back so we are stuck with what you gave us.

C L I love visiting the Auburn, NY location...Kayley is a wonderful stylist! Ive been a customer of hers for the past several years and wouldnt consider changing. Shes become a friend and I love the whole vibe of the salon because its a friendly, relaxing, and fun atmosphere! Management of that location is doing a fabulous job...its always filled with customers and her customer service is on point!

Tammy Brown Not happy with my Grandsons hair cut. He had Alicia (sp). I will never go there again, let alone pay $23. It took her 4 minutes and he only concern was how many people were waiting. TERRIBLE!

Phillip Milewski I was there this past Sunday (9/8/2019) with my wife to look around upon entering the manager asked us politely if we needed help. Of course we didnt because we were just browsing; but however when we were down one aisle i looked back at the front of the store and the manager was hugging on and kissing a guy and also touching on him...IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS! Other customers walked in and seen this too. But the manager kinda harassed us in the sense of asking 3 or 4 more times if we needed help. This manager is the bigger one with brown or black hair....Should NOT be working here anymore.

Beth Went in last night looking for a way to fix my 2 toned hair and make it less obvious that my roots were growing out and I was trying to get rid of the black in my hair. The girl in there whos name I didnt catch (young, black hair with blue In it) was super helpful and knowledgeable and the products worked wonders.
