Joe Quist Best gym in the area. Has something for everyone and doesnt discriminate against bodybuilders or powerlifters. Also doesnt require you to oil the machine yourself like other places, or to find another gym because you ask a worker to oil the equipment since it is there job. Equipment always up to par. Highly recommend and will continue to come after I move.

Sandtana Cool Good gym with decent amount of equipment for a smaller gym! Just wish there were mirrors to watch lifting form. Emily does a great job with nails as well! Facilities are always very clean and well maintained.

Elaine Lee good basic gym. 3 day free trial with 24 hr access. clean organized. i cardio in front tredmills stair climbers and a elliptical do not see rower but thet have boxing area. good if u wqmt to work out and move on..in amd out

Elisabeth Roberts Got a visitor pass during my trip to Ballston and thoroughly enjoyed my short stay at this gym. The owner Mark is a wonderful guy and the members at the gym were friendly, welcoming, and respectful. Has all the equipment you’d want for barbell sports/bodybuilding and a good selection of cardio machines as well as a nice studio for floor work/aerobic stuff. Laid back atmosphere, both serious athletes and regular folks doing good work. Id happily train here daily if I lived in Ballston!

A. LeDuc Great environment, amazing staff, lots of variety in equipment, clean, fair pricing, drinks available if needed just outside of gym, even sweaters, shirts, hats and water bottles also a good location not far from our small towns.

Gaetano Lanzi I absolutely love this gym! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome every time I walk through the door. The equipment is top-notch, always clean and well-maintained. The variety of classes they offer keeps my workouts interesting, and the trainers are knowledgeable and motivating. Plus, the atmosphere is so positive and motivating. The delicious protein smoothies and the authentic Italian espresso is the icing on the cake at the end of my workouts. I couldnt be happier with my choice to be a part of the Mule Fitness Community. Highly recommend!
