5 /5 Melody A Kearney: I’ve been working out with Jarrod for over 8 months. I started with little mobility in my right shoulder, weak knees, and low flexibility. Jarrod’s careful guidance and regimen just for me and my physical needs has allowed me to progress to greater flexibility and strengthen in my shoulder, knees, and upper body, along with strengthening my legs, arms, and core. I feel so much stronger and my energy for activity has doubled. I am feeling the wonderful effects of body fitness. Jarrod’s workouts are never repetitive or boring.
