Raquel Burgos Figgy is a one of a kind store. You find so many unique, cute, fun items you can’t find anywhere else. I recently did a Mother & Daughter event there and it was such an experience! We made custom rings! The girls hosting the event were so welcoming, fun and knowledgeable! We also had a mini photo shoot that was so amazing the photographer was so genuine and caring made the experience so special. There is no store like it in Rochester NY ! You have to stop by you won’t be disappointed! My favorite shop in ROC !

Chance H Cornell Jeweler made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. The owner was present, friendly, and down-to-earth. The manager was great, and Sunny, the sales agent, was absolutely fantastic. I left with two Omega watches and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend 100%!

K S Not only have I loved Laura’s designs since I first found her shop in the 90s in Manhattan, I visit her beautiful Rochester store often just to buy her latest pieces and I’ve never once been disappointed. Laura has amazing taste and continues to create gorgeous, high quality bracelets, necklaces and earrings and I’m constantly asking for more because I’ve given all of my purchases out as gifts. Jay Mitchell Today was yet another terrific day like all others at Kay Eastview for the past almost 30 years. There was a great selection as I expected, and also very attentive and patient attention to something out of the ordinary for me about a recent purchase for my wife. Pattilynn greeted us by name to help with something she and our usual sales associate Sharon worked on together for us a couple of weeks ago. Sharon explained to Pattilynn the reason for our visit in case she wasnt there. Our visit was a great success - just as I knew it would be. Kudos to Sharon who has guided me so successfully for decades, and now to Pattilynn who has made such a great impression on my wife and me!!

Samantha Tercero Gia is a wonderful host! I’ve done two private events with her and not only is she easy to reach and quick at responding the process is so easy and seamless. She walked us all through the process, offered snacks and beverages and was patient with everyone while they chose their jewelry. I would definitely book with her again!
