My husband was able to find the perfect t gift .,there were so many beautiful pieces of jewelry. I could not decide what to get.So her grand father decided.When my granddaughter saw this gift .she was over joyed at the sight of her gift. The customer service was very good.

1 /5 Alex Lewis: Terrible business, went in with a budget of $1200, straight up told them that as soon as I walked in, they acted like they couldn’t be bothered to help me, showed me one single rope chain, and when I said wasn’t interested in that one chain, (which by the way was grossly overpriced for a used 14k machine made rope chain) the owner Dominic told me “I don’t have anything for you then”. Is that seriously how you do business with someone coming to spend $1200 with you on a necklace? Downright awful way to conduct your business there are plenty of other local jewelers who would be happy to show off their inventory and accept my money, instead of acting like an arrogant, entitled, prick.

5 /5 Megan Mcphail: I brought my sons chain to be fixed and it broke instantly. They had no issues fixing it. And... when I brought it in, he took the time to show me where the previous break was and that it had indeed been welded. He is fixing the second break free of cost. Which, is extremely appreciated, even though they are very reasonably priced. I would absolutely bring my items here again. Great customer service!
