Elsa Kassardjian Neal was initially extremely kind and helpful, up until he became unprofessional, short-tempered and hung up the phone in the middle of a conversation. In terms of efficiency, this company seems to be doing well but the lack of professionalism is astounding and I cannot emphasize enough how poor of an experience this was.

Bernadette and Catherine are so fast to reply to any questions I have, handled an auto glass claim I had in minutes, are always polite and super friendly, and handled all the paperwork when I recently purchased a new vehicle so all I had to do was sign one document! Catgy Worse car insurance I’ve EVER had!!!! NEVER calls back/communicates when you have a claim. VERY CHEAP when it comes to your repairs !! Took them months to adjust my claim and still got it wrong! I’d never get this insurance again !!! Update!! Instead of helping the customer they’ve decided to investigate my claim because I’ve left a negative review! That’s the quickest they’ve worked my entire claim Is when it’s beneficial to them !
