My husband was able to find the perfect t gift .,there were so many beautiful pieces of jewelry. I could not decide what to get.So her grand father decided.When my granddaughter saw this gift .she was over joyed at the sight of her gift. The customer service was very good.

Shazbo I hadn’t been to this shop before and was looking to treat myself so I popped in. The shop is beautifully set out and very spacious. The seating dotted around makes it very welcoming. I was warmly greeted by Michele. She talked me through some of the beautiful jewellery they have on offer. Michele was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. It’s nice to strike up a rapport with the staff before you make that purchase. They also cleaned my rings for me which was such a lovely gesture. I am looking forward to returning and buying something I had my eye on.

My husband and I met Brittany in 2018 shopping for engagement rings. She took one of his family rings and created a custom ring for me, and collaborated with my husband to use the surrounding diamonds for a surprise necklace given to me on our wedding day!! But that was just how we started our relationship with Brittany at JF Jones. Over the past years she has worked with us countless times on beautiful gifts and pieces. Kay Gerlach Bob resized 4 stack rings for me that I could no longer wear as they had become too tight. They had been designed and custom made by another artist who is a dear friend of our family so they are very special to me. Bob took great care in resizing the rings and did an absolutely expert job. They now fit perfectly and I have worn them every day since. I cant thank him enough for his craftsmanship and passion for his work.

Jay Mitchell Today was yet another terrific day like all others at Kay Eastview for the past almost 30 years. There was a great selection as I expected, and also very attentive and patient attention to something out of the ordinary for me about a recent purchase for my wife. Pattilynn greeted us by name to help with something she and our usual sales associate Sharon worked on together for us a couple of weeks ago. Sharon explained to Pattilynn the reason for our visit in case she wasnt there. Our visit was a great success - just as I knew it would be. Kudos to Sharon who has guided me so successfully for decades, and now to Pattilynn who has made such a great impression on my wife and me!!
