5 /5 John Allan: It was a Wednesday in May that made a trip to Skaneateles very inviting, but a town wide blackout hit about an hour before. A truck on Route 20 took out power pole. But as most businesses were closed, a knock on Skaneateles Jewelry door was answered. Meg cheerfully answered and let us in. We have traveled from Binghamton, New York as Seiko watches needed repair. Skaneateles Jewelry was one of the closest. We dropped off the watch and it required repair elsewhere, which they called about the next day. The staff were polite and kept me informed. Another delightful trip to Skaneateles was beautiful and my watch was as good as new. Now if I ever need Seiko repair, I know where to go. Thank you Skaneateles Jewelry and to you Meg. John Allan

She let us discuss and question with relaxed attention. There was no pressure such as that I have experienced in other stores but a conversational communication that was much appreciated. I felt that Meg was as pleased as we were to decide on our engagement/commitment ring! I especially appreciated the information she provided regarding the care and expertise of the jeweler who created our choice… This is a unique establishment!
