However, when I called around to get new insurance I found out that my old insurance company did not do me any favors. It was so defeating. I called on a Saturday morning and had insurance that afternoon. Melissa was my agent. She was so nice, so personable. It doesn’t hurt to give them a call and get a quote. And if you take my advice ask for Melissa. I’m sure others are great there too. However, she said she would follow up with me in a week and literally 7 days later on the dot she called me to see how things were going. You do not get this kind of service anywhere anymore.

I struggle to make these difficult phone calls but Erika Mevissen was so very wonderful and helpful, I cant express enough the quick and effective work she does and her ability to consistently understand my questions as well as answer them. I was in a hurry to get the progress done and without her Im not sure it wouldve happened in time. Truly one of the best operators Id had and definitely deserves a raise if not a bonus for the hard work she is doing. Cary LaForce I know its been said before, but I think it bears repeating. 5 Stars is not enough. Everyone can agree that insurance is the evil no one wants or asks for....but everyone in this office really does care about their clients. I never felt like a number. I felt seen and heard and most importantly, they were able to lower my rate while offering me better coverage. Kyle really took the time to not hear my situation, but really put in the effort to take care of me. They worked around my schedule to ensure that switching insurance providers was easy and painless. They gained a very loyal customer that has every intention of staying with them for a very long time.
