Rey Reyes Let’s just say this TD Branch at Pelham Parkway knows customer service very well, and customers best interest. I went in to process a transfer, and the banker Fiza, took me readily within minutes of my arrival. As she processed my wire, she also noticed accounts that were not fitting for me as they were unused, she then proceeded with my approval to close the accounts so that I did not have to continue to pay account fees, and also returned a $30 maintenance fee back to me. She’s is great for spotting the lack of usage and seeking my banking interest. Thank you Fiza.

Such a brave thing for a Bank to open in such an area and they provided services, facilitated Non-Profit services, educated the community and its kids in finance and provided loans and services to underserved Bronx Businesses. Shannara Feliciano This has got to be the worst Bank of America branch I have ever been to. Came in for a simple pin reset for my card and I was there for close to two hrs before deciding to leave. Ended up going to the teller to withdraw money I needed to get out the atm and it was way quicker. He asked someone who was the manager to take care of me really quick because I was next and had my young kids who had to use the restroom and manager declined. Meanwhile he has plenty of time to prance around the branch back and forth being selective on who he helped.
