Michelle really goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best coverage for the best price at all times. I started with my truck now we have my wife and mother in law with policies and we use them for our home owners as well. Business insurance will be next. Any time we need something they are always there to help. I still remember the first time Michelle came to me and said “Hey I re-quoted you for a new auto and saved you hundreds of dollars” when I didn’t even ask! If I had a question he would always take the time to make sure he answered all my questions and made sure I understood each one! 3. If I left a message for Kirk to call back, he always did to my utmost satisfaction and in a very timely manner. 4. It is not just the Allstate company BUT THE AGENT THAT MAKES Allstate the company it is! 5. If it wasnt for Kirk Im not sure I would have picked Allstate as my insurance company! 6. I’m now back with progressive paying less than what I was paying with my other insurance. 245 to 100 a month AMAZING! Sharree Polanski Was inquiring about a quote for a vehicle. I provided the necessary information and during this the representative said the power went out. Told me he would call back once it rebooted. It’s been a little over a hour. I’ve called back twice and still have yet to hear anything. In my opinion this establishment is a scam.
