Elsa Kassardjian Neal was initially extremely kind and helpful, up until he became unprofessional, short-tempered and hung up the phone in the middle of a conversation. In terms of efficiency, this company seems to be doing well but the lack of professionalism is astounding and I cannot emphasize enough how poor of an experience this was.

I’m now back with progressive paying less than what I was paying with my other insurance. 245 to 100 a month AMAZING! That was absolutely true! Sherry Toedt took my call and signed me up. She was remarkably patient, professional and helpful. I wasn’t sure what to expect because I called at the end of the day. I thought she might ask me to call back in the morning. Instead, she went right to work processing my coverage. It was a relief to have the coverage. I did notice that Toedt Insurance has many 5-star reviews. Now, I know why.
