1 /5 Amber Love: I am leaving this review based on the experience I had with this jeweler. I saw the reviews stating that the turn around for jewelery repair was pretty fast, so I figured I would give it a try. However, I was told the necklace could not be repaired and that it was “scrap metal” and was offered a price for the necklace.
Selling was not my interest and so I took it to another local jeweler close by for a second opinion. I just picked it up and they did a great job fixing it.
For me it’s about the approach. Had I been told “I can’t fix this, look around and see if someone else can and if not, I’d be interested in purchasing it” I think I would have received that better. But I just don’t think this is an end all be all place.
