Gerry and Jon are incredibly prompt with their follow-up, and always candid, and professional in response to questions I might have. Their personable approach to one of the less exciting, but necessary parts of life - insurance - is one of the main reasons I’ve chosen to work with them for so many years. Maria Galla Cant make contact with anyone at this company. Every phone number called, goes to voicemail which doesnt even state what company Im calling. Their toll free number directed me to options for savings or checking accounts!? My vehicle was damaged by a customer of theirs and the only way to reach anyone was by email, which sometimes was answered promptly, other times no response at all.

Michael Cappy I helped a friend of mine search for a vehicle after hers was totaled out. The check they cut her was a dishonest low-ball. The comparable vehicles they used were over 3 hours away. They gave her 1800 for a 3k vehicle. She called about the offer and they agreed to up it a few hundred dollars ( which she was happy with). Once the check finally came it was the original low ball offer. After weeks of waiting and missing out on several vehicles. All her calls have been ignored. Shame on Robert Amey or Anthony Day for taking advantage of a young woman!!! One of them offered her more and one of them sent the lower. the worst part about it was getting the title to them so they can sell the totaled car at auction. Horrible experience and she was forced to buy a car that doesnt even come close to what she had. The one screenshot below is the upped offer they never sent.

Morgan Gianni I came across Cassetta Agency a little over 2 years ago now and could not be happier with their customer service! Being a young adult, I had a difficult time trying to find car insurance agents that were reasonable and not trying to take advantage of me and my position.
