Elsa Kassardjian Neal was initially extremely kind and helpful, up until he became unprofessional, short-tempered and hung up the phone in the middle of a conversation. In terms of efficiency, this company seems to be doing well but the lack of professionalism is astounding and I cannot emphasize enough how poor of an experience this was.

Jacob Richards Andrew is the best. I use him for multiple properties and multiple different types of insurances. Quick, easy, and efficient. I could not recommend this buisness more.

GameMasterNYC Brittany from State Farm is amazing. She is so friendly and knowledgeable. She explained everything in detail, answered all my questions and was a true professional. I felt like I was genuinely joining a family more so than a company. I’ve used different insurance companies in the past but none compare to State Farm. I saved a lot on my auto insurance and plan on switching my homeowners insurance as well when I am able to. Doesn’t get any better when you save money and love the company that’s saving you the money because you genuinely feel like they are looking out for your best interest. The individual localized locations add a personal touch lost by many other companies. I promise you that once you give State Farm a shot you won’t want to deal with any other insurance company again.

Jack Aversa Tammy clearly explained recommended coverage updates to our auto insurance and how to save by taking a defensive driving course and where it could be taken online. She also explained that we would need to transfer our homeowners policy after reconstruction begins (house was damaged beyond repair by a huge pine tree 1 year ago during a severe thunderstorm and hail storm).

Jimmy Monfils Brent and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. As first time homebuyers, he did a great job of quickly getting us up to speed on the conditions of the market. He was extremely responsive and accommodating and was even able to book showings the same day we showed interest in a property.
