Mohawk Insurance Services, LLC - Albany (NY)

Patricia Koblich I have been a customer for years. Jennifer and staff have always been courteous and knowledgeable. They are real people helping real people. Having insurance is a legal requirement. I choose to stay with them because of the reasons above. There may have been a previous post with one star. If Im unable to delete it, I would like to state that it was an error due to a non human interference that I didnt have the knowledge to overcome. After all, I am a customer of a certain age. I ask forgiveness.

Elsa Kassardjian Neal was initially extremely kind and helpful, up until he became unprofessional, short-tempered and hung up the phone in the middle of a conversation. In terms of efficiency, this company seems to be doing well but the lack of professionalism is astounding and I cannot emphasize enough how poor of an experience this was.

Jean Smith I can call Jim anytime for help and he always answers with his wonderful personality. He is so helpful, friendly, professional and makes you feel as though we have known each other for many years. I just love him!!

Jack Aversa Tammy clearly explained recommended coverage updates to our auto insurance and how to save by taking a defensive driving course and where it could be taken online. She also explained that we would need to transfer our homeowners policy after reconstruction begins (house was damaged beyond repair by a huge pine tree 1 year ago during a severe thunderstorm and hail storm).

Steve Cifarelli Sloan Seymour gave me a great, fair rate for full insurance after an autopay snafu lapsed me out of my previous insurer (who I had previously been a customer with for half of my entire life!). Thanks to Sloans excellent service, I will be staying with GEICO for the foreseeable future. 5/5 stars.

Lacey Russell I spoke with Richard (Ricky) on the phone about adding a vehicle onto one of our mutual customers policy and he was all aces! Ive worked with many different reps over the phone, and he was one of the best! thank you so much Ricky! Quick and easy experience! I definitely recommend!
