5 /5 Valerie Jayes: We went in for my birthday gift, just to browse & see if there was anything I needed. Renee came to help me. I found a Disney necklace i needed. I started browsing rings. With Renees help, I gave her my likes & we browsed some rings & found a beauty! It was an AMAZING deal we couldnt pass up. My boyfriend is now very happy I found a promise ring I like & he got to buy me a ring. Its a pricier "promise" ring, but I am a "diamond snob" & im not upset about it!! Thank you Renee for your help!

5 /5 sarah: I had to go in there today for a very custom earring order. I had the pleasure of being helped by Glenn and Terry. Theyre phenomenal, wonderful people they really are. Since I was spending a considerable amount of money, they LITERALLY DID EVERYTHING and GOT ME EVERY DISCOUNT THERE WAS AVAILABLE! They saved me almost 1k on my order! Plus they were very friendly and nice about everything. 15/10 recommended. Its nice to get good service by people that know what theyre doing and give you options instead of bossing you into whatever theyre trying to sell you. Ill definitely go back to them next time I need something of the like.

1 /5 Samantha Denman: The employees dgaf about customers. My bf and I went in 2 weeks ago. I told the employee exactly what birthstone ring I was wanting, she showed me 2 others on the computer and didnt believe they even carried the one I wanted. Once I told her their website actually shows it and showed her on my phone she took my order. She took my phone number and email. Last time I ordered a ring in store was 7 years ago, so I waiting for her to ask for a name for the order. When she didnt I assumed she brought up my account using my email. Apparently, she didnt. She put it under his name because he was paying. Not once was this said to either of us. She said well get the receipt via email, which never happened because she didnt enter my email correctly. I dont even know what email she did put, because the store employees wont tell me or fix it since it wasnt in my name. I called today see about picking it up and that is when I was informed that even though I was the one who she spoke to and got information from, I am NOT the one who placed the order. My bf is on the order. Which I didnt know until today. I told the person on the phone at the store, that I didnt know that because she entered the email incorrectly and never told us whos name it was under and that he works overnights and sleeps during the day, so he cant pick it up. She told me "Theres no way to know who helped you with the order since it was placed online. Its policy for it to go under the name on the payment. You cant pick it up. I dont know what else to tell you" I said "Is it policy for your employees to not give the customers this information or to verify correct emails upfront when placing orders?" She said "All of my employees have worked here for 20 years. You placed it online. I cant help you. You have to call customer services for further help." I didnt place it online. I placed it in store with a lady who didnt even know they sold that style of ring. Which they also sold 7 years ago. I am calling customer services, because people who work there for over 20 years should know to verify information and tell customers whos name the order is under WHEN THEY PLACE THE ORDER, not 2 weeks later with a dgaf attitude. I also got the warranty which is now useless since I probably wont be able to use it because Im not on the order.

5 /5 Adam Martin: I came into this Kay Jewelers store very uninformed on engagement rings and I was thoroughly impressed by the information, customer service, and overall friendliness of everyone working here. Shoutout to Alexis and Glenn for helping me out over multiple visits to me finalize an engagement ring and even took the time to find me the best price possible (instead of just pushing me through a sale for commission). I am very thankful for the assistance in picking out the perfect ring and recommend anyone looking for Jewelry to check out this store!
