Joe, the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, always available to offer guidance and advice. He really takes the time to help members reach their fitness goals and is always positive and motivating. The gym equipment is in excellent condition and well-maintained, making every workout a pleasure. The overall atmosphere is super friendly, with a great sense of community. It’s the perfect place for anyone looking to get fit in a supportive and professional environment. Highly recommend this gym!

Gina DeRossi Rob is an excellent personal trainer and makes you feel comfortable no matter what level youre at. TRX is an amazing workout, and all the Hosner Fitness classes are a lot of fun! I highly recommend Rob and Hosner Fitness!

Ebony Waters I was heartbroken when I found out that Retro Colonie was closing. I do not handle sudden change well. I work out 5 days a week. I previously worked with a trainer daily, so coming into a new gym alone was lonely. I was at my last gym for almost 6 years and was afraid that I wouldnt find a new gym home. Im driving double the miles but it is definitely worth it. The new management is honest and does not lack integrity. I had a seamless switch not missing a day at the gym. I was even able to get some of my Retro family to come too. If you do decide to join the Crunch family, tell them Ebony sent you. P.s. You gotta try the Hydromassage!

Ken Levinson In town for my college reunion and was very lucky to find GFC! All the equipment you would ever need, clean and friendly atmosphere. If you are in the area, I highly recommend you stop in and catch a workout, or better yet, join GFC. You will be happy you did.
