The inquiry process to determine if I had a case worth pursuing was simple and once they accepted my case I did not have to worry about anything. Throughout the process the attorney assigned to my case, the legal assistant and other staff were always patient with my questions and had consistent communication with me. There preparation with me prior to depositions, medical exams and the final hearing gave me confidence and took the anxiety away from these encounters. What I respected the most was their integrity and honesty as they simply told me to tell the truth and what I was truly feeling with my injuries and how the accident affected my life. This allowed them to get me the best settlement possible in my case for which I am very grateful. You could not have a better team to fight for you!

When I had my N400 and I751 appointments, the officer told me my case was already approved and she told me she doesn’t need to see any additional evidence!
