The whole staff treats you like family and remembers your name when you come back. I have made many major purchases in my life such as cars and homes but never has one gone as smoothly as this one. Picking out a ring for my bride-to-be was very important to me and I was looking for someone who wouldnt just try to oversell and treat me like a number. Scott Marcus and staff were true professionals and wanted my special moments of proposing and showing off the ring to be special. He followed up a couple of times to make sure my satisfaction was met and it most definitely was. I cannot say enough amazing things about Scott Marcus and Diamonds Direct.

I was introduced to them 17 years ago and I have been thankful for having their support and help on my last minute and often very particular jewelry request. Nearly 5yrs ago I sold some jewelry and one piece was a high school ring that was damaged. Cindy kept jewels from the ring and recently inlaid them on a necklace for my wife. She said she kept them because she thought something like this would come up.
