Stephen Hausladen When choosing between Diamonds Direct and two other vendors, the choice was as clear as day. Diamonds Direct catered to our very needs with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. They even gave food and snacks to us while we were there. My salesman, Scott Marcus, knew diamonds and rings like no one I have ever seen. He didnt try to sell us. Scott got to know us and our story and gave us options based on our parameters. It was a very professional process. You can tell Scott has been in the business for years and wanted what was best for his customers, rather than just making a sale. As a salesman myself, I can truly appreciate his approach and process. The possibilities and selections are incredible. The whole staff treats you like family and remembers your name when you come back. I have made many major purchases in my life such as cars and homes but never has one gone as smoothly as this one. Picking out a ring for my bride-to-be was very important to me and I was looking for someone who wouldnt just try to oversell and treat me like a number. Scott Marcus and staff were true professionals and wanted my special moments of proposing and showing off the ring to be special. He followed up a couple of times to make sure my satisfaction was met and it most definitely was. I cannot say enough amazing things about Scott Marcus and Diamonds Direct.
