4 /5 Greg Gellis: Ms. Angela at the front desk really saved the day with me! Big kudos to her. Long story short, there was a problem with my reservation, but she got me hooked up in short order. Also, Ms. Briana, the manager, was very helpful in finalizing the reservation resolution. Big kudos to her too. Food was a bit expensive for what you get ($27 for a burger, fries & drink). Room was great. The area is currently under construction (not the hotels fault) which made getting around a little sketchy. The valet parking was top notch and included in the room rate which was very nice. Overall, a good experience.

4 /5 P X: Greektown Casino is well worth the visit for entertainment, dining, and of course gambling. The service is pretty decent for the most part. The table team members are exceptional. The drinks arent great like they used to be and overpriced in my opinion. But overall, a great place to go for some clean fun.

5 /5 Diana Piperata: Chester in Valet and Charles our bell hop/room assistant were AMAZING. Both deserve serious recognition for their kindness, especially to my 92-year-old mother. Each made her feel so special! While I ran into the bathroom, Charles sat with her in my vehicle to help her feel safe. Chester was always complementary and went out of his way to make us feel like we were the only guests in the hotel. That’s a talent for sure. All of your staff were so lovely. But those two gentlemen stood out for sure. THANK YOU!

3 /5 Rene H: Bedding wasn’t as clean as it should have been. Opened the sheets and found hair. Also, I always check in the sheets and the mattress pad had hair left on it and a pee stain. Everything should be changed with each guest. That is gross. Also, floor was not mopped or vacuumed. Hotel staff was nice and helpful and so were garage staff. Room 1523 is right by the parking on the roof and the room is not dark at all to sleep. The big bright lights shine right in room with curtains closed.

4 /5 Kevin Tontala: Lets start with the early check policy, this policy is BS to charge $50 for early check-in. My friend try to check-in 30 min early and they wanted to charge him $30 for early check-in. I hope that housekeepers are getting part of that money because i did not leave a tip for the housekeepers because this policy. But your valet parking is great. The water pressure in the room really sucks. You have to leave water on for about 5 min or more before the water pressure goes to somewhat good pressure. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is great, walking distance to Comerica Park or Ford Field. Also bars and restaurants. Just received my early check-in fee on my credit card and it is $80.48. For room that was ready to be used, what rip-off. Plus they never send me my receipt to email, so ask for your receipt before leaving.
