Heidi Berry I’ve been a proud member of this Pilates studio since its opening in May 2024, and I can confidently say it stands out from any other Pilates or reformer classes I’ve experienced across Metro Detroit. The level of personal care and attention to form during classes is unmatched, making each session highly effective. Jessica, the owner, runs classes with the precision and dedication of a personal trainer, ensuring every member is addressed by name and corrected when needed. It’s no surprise the waitlists are always overbooked! The studio itself is immaculate, with a resort-spa feel that enhances both physical and mental rejuvenation. Since joining, I’ve lost inches and achieved results I never experienced at other studios. The instructors are knowledgeable and passionate, and Fairuz’s HIIT classes are next-level—more like a perfectly choreographed workout experience! If you’re looking for a place that blends expertise, effectiveness, and luxury, this is it. Highly recommend!

Elena Moana Shimizu-Cruz Nadia is a great instructor! She’s friendly and helps correct your form so that you can reach your fitness goals! I love it here and attend regularly!

Dawn 4011 I absolutely love this gym. It is a bit different then your traditional gym but that is whats so lovable about it. Especially for an introvert like me, I really enjoy doing my workouts privately in my own sauna/room. I would absolutely love it more if there was more variety in the equipment, but it makes up for that through the live personal trainer sessions. The staff is also really friendly and easy to get a long with. Love it.

Jerry Riendeau I’ve been to a number of planet fitnesses in the metro Detroit area, and this one has been far and away the best experience. The staff is great, the facility is kept very clean, and when a piece of equipment is old or not working they give it attention quickly. It’s also not too crowded. I’d highly recommend. The only improvement I’d like to see is for them to get heavier dumbbells. I’ve been to other planet fitnesses that have them up to 75lbs and that would be a crucial improvement.

Tityanna Ford The owner is kind, patient with explaining the process of procedures and results, and provides answers to any questions you may have. She breaks things down so that you know the steps and how you may feel afterwards. I love the atmosphere and being able to feel comfortable as well. My results are already showing and improving with each session.
