Angela Genuinely my happy place! I’ve been coming here for almost a year (with a short hiatus for surgery/recovery) and I can honestly say that I’ll keep going for as long as I live in the area - and as long as they’ll have me lol. The classes are such a great balance of challenge and basics, and I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. Alyssa and Maya are my personal faves for their pacing and the way they always offer thoughtful modifications, but truly, I haven’t had a single instructor that I didn’t like. No matter who’s teaching, you’re in good hands. If you’re considering trying reformer pilates, UGP is the place to do it!

Brandon Reeder Fantastic work out center, pool areas are very nice, kid oriented pool is wonderful. The inside track is nice. The outside track is one of my favorite walks to take near home. Theres a cute little pond near the back of the center along the outside jogging track. Field is always well maintained and the park area outside has never been dirty upon a visit. Always something to do here. If you get a chance to see a show here the auditorium is amazing. Growing up near this location always left me with an activity to do and only a mile away. I now take my kids there and they seem to love it as well.

1Super Woman I absolutely love it here from the personal trainer Marco he’s an cool guy and very charming and respectful. I love the classes as well and it also comes in handy for when I’m working out by myself. I love Kathy, Maria, Nikki, Tammy work out classes. These ladies have motivated, guided me, and are like mentors to me and I appreciate it sooo much. This place is awesome and I’m glad to be apart.

Georgina Salon I recently attended a Pilates class with [Al-buruj Pilates and barre studio], and it was absolutely amazing! She is a truly excellent trainer – professional, motivating, and incredibly knowledgeable. Her energy and guidance made the class both fun and effective. Tityanna Ford The owner is kind, patient with explaining the process of procedures and results, and provides answers to any questions you may have. She breaks things down so that you know the steps and how you may feel afterwards. I love the atmosphere and being able to feel comfortable as well. My results are already showing and improving with each session.

Houda Mallah Ali is an amazing weight trainer! I was never comfortable training with anyone before. He’s super respectful, motivating, and always makes every session enjoyable and productive. Thank you Ali!!
