Amanda Kilroe What a find! Orange theory meets all of my ADHD needs- as soon as I think I’m getting bored with an exercise, the coach is there to move you along to another. And the splat points and heart monitoring really feed the overachiever need in me to do better. And the coaches are just amazing. JC is my absolute favorite, sometimes his words are so inspirational, I get teary eyed. The facility is really amazing too, everything is state of the art and I particularly like that there are screens to show the exercises, in case I forgot. All in all definitely an enthusiastic 5 stars from me!

Madi Scheessele This was my first time doing reformer Pilates and I had a great time! Sean was very friendly and helpful and gave me a tutorial of the reformer which was much appreciated. The other staff member was also very friendly and helpful. The studio was clean and the screens with the exercises were awesome to refer to. I’m not local but I’ll be back when I visit next!

Jacqueline Demmer Awesome place to workout! Workouts are always changing & go by quickly. I noticed a huge difference in my body very quickly only going a couple times a week. Very motivating in general, especially when you dont want to go and there are women in all different phases of their lives showing up to dedicate an hour to bettering themselves. Very affordable compared to a lot of other workouts in the area as well.

Sarah Schneider My daughter goes once a week to work out with Liz in her youth work outs! Currently on Thursdays after school. My daughter absolutely LOVES going to this and looks forward to it each week! If you have a kid that’s in sports and wants to stay active or if you you have kid who wants to get active this is where it’s at! Thanks for encouraging my daughter to stay active and learn to love working out!

Jenna Manganello This place has completely won me over!!! The infrared sauna workouts are unique, challenging, and super effective — I always leave feeling energized!!!! The facility is clean, well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and super helpful. I love the flexibility of 24/7 access, which makes it easy to fit a workout in. The virtual instructors are motivating and the variety of sessions means there’s always something new. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a fun workout!

Kimmy Great gym for the price but NO AIR CONDITIONING??? Extremely wack. Its a heat wave and the gym has no a/c. My mind is blown

Cathy Weisz Ive been going to OTF workouts for 3+ years now and it never gets old!! Every workout you leave feeling accomplished! I started going to this new studio when it opened in January. The staff is very friendly and the studio is always clean. Its also really easy to schedule and get into the classes! I love everything about OTF!

Michele Saulson Kelsey is hands down the best Pilates instructor and Studio Kore is a perfect boutique Pilates studio. I have been taking classes and privates from Kelsey for 6 years, I knew she was special from the first class! She has a loyal following of clientele because she is encouraging and motivates everyone, she understands physiology, makes corrections as needed, has a welcoming and fun vibe and always makes sure to check in on injuries or other issues to help modify.
